Bounce Fitness Bootcamp was a change maker to my fitness routine and lifestyle. 3 to 4 sessions a week, I have become addicted to the great sense of achievement after each session! No two are the same so I am never bored. My endurance and strength has improved tremendously and I love hitting new goals each time. Looking forward to the start of the new season next week with our fabulous trainers and fellow Bootcampers!
Zeina M.After reaching a weight of 94.6kg, I realized that I need to take a turning point; So I joined Bounce Fitness bootcamp in January 2016. The first couple of sessions were very difficult, I couldn’t complete the first 20 minutes! After 2 weeks, my fitness and stamina enhanced.
The sessions are challenging and fun, unlike the boring sessions at any gym. By the end of May 2016, I had lost almost 12kg! I have become very fit, healthy and my way of living has changed.

Ahhhh, I could breathe and feel the sweat at the same time – Such a satisfying feeling! I have been attending the bootcamp for 3 months and I would say it’s been fantastic! It builds overall stamina and mental strength, not to mention the physical toning and strength!

On January 25 2014, my wife gifted me a rather unusual birthday gift which was a bootcamp voucher! With that she sent me a strong message to take care of my health! I joined my first Bounce session hesitantly and hated it right away. But my soon to be fitness family welcomed me warmly by pushing me and encouraging me. We all became a very socially active fitness team under the supervision of Messrs Patrick and Jasmin, who ensured we felt every bone and dormant muscle in our bodies!
Thanks to Bounce I managed to reduce a good 12 kilos six months after joining! It's not just a bootcamp, it's my fitmily!
