After reaching a weight of 94.6kg, I realized that I need to take a turning point; So I joined Bounce Fitness bootcamp in January 2016. The first couple of sessions were very difficult, I couldn’t complete the first 20 minutes! After 2 weeks, my fitness and stamina enhanced.
The sessions are challenging and fun, unlike the boring sessions at any gym. By the end of May 2016, I had lost almost 12kg! I have become very fit, healthy and my way of living has changed.
