After reaching a weight of 94.6kg, I realized that I need to take a turning point; So I joined Bounce Fitness bootcamp in January 2016. The first couple of sessions were very difficult, I couldn’t complete the first 20 minutes! After 2 weeks, my fitness and stamina enhanced.

The sessions are challenging and fun, unlike the boring sessions at any gym. By the end of May 2016, I had lost almost 12kg! I have become very fit, healthy and my way of living has changed.

Being a fitness freak from the very start, I had to try my hands on the bootcamp! I was bored with the same old conventional gym/aerobic indoor workouts so I gave a shot to open air Bootcamp! Ahhhh, I could breathe and feel the sweat at the same time – Such a satisfying feeling! I have been attending the bootcamp for 3 months and I would say it’s been fantastic! It builds overall stamina and mental strength, not to mention the physical toning and strength!

I would definitely recommend it to all who are fitness freaks and who like to stretch their limits, without injury of course! Fantastic highly motivational trainers who guide and encourage you to do your best. It has been truly worth it and I love being part of the Bounce Fitness Bootcamp – Keep it up!

I’ve experienced some of my best workouts in my life at this bootcamp. After I finish a session, I sometimes can’t believe what I accomplished and how far I pushed myself. There is no way I’d be able to work out as effective and consistent if I were alone. Talk about a GAME CHANGER!

On January 25 2014, my wife gifted me a rather unusual birthday gift which was a bootcamp voucher! With that she sent me a strong message to take care of my health! I joined my first Bounce session hesitantly and hated it right away. But my soon to be fitness family welcomed me warmly by pushing me and encouraging me. We all became a very socially active fitness team under the supervision of Messrs Patrick and Jasmin, who ensured we felt every bone and dormant muscle in our bodies!

Thanks to Bounce I managed to reduce a good 12 kilos six months after joining! It's not just a bootcamp, it's my fitmily!
